Plain trees are wonderful
they’re not just trees
each is an individual
which talks, listens and sees
At night so very silent
waiting for the life giving sun
at night just a silhouette
against the day just done
The new day brings the change
the trees rustle and breathe
and shade the hot earth beneath
perfection only nature can conceive.
